Mission
Out in Climate's mission is to connect and elevate LGBTQ+ professionals advancing climate solutions. Since 2022, we've built a national community of 1,000+ LGBTQ+ climate professionals through 50+ events—catalyzing visibility, belonging, and collaboration.
Vision
Addressing climate change is the challenge of our lifetimes. Marginalized populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals, are disproportionately harmed by climate change and are underrepresented in the spaces where solutions are designed.

It is crucial that diverse perspectives are meeting this challenge, and that we support and uplift LGBTQ+ climate advocates and leaders.
