Shannon is an executive headhunter who builds leadership teams across sustainable business, sustainable finance, and clean technology. Her passions include sustainability, crafting, and Taylor Swift. She is a Senior Research Consultant at Acre and holds a BA from the College of William & Mary in Virginia.

David is a climatetech enthusiast who enjoys rock climbing and all things plant-based. He is currently an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School and an intern at Mantel Capture. He was previously an Engagement Manager at McKinsey where he specialized in renewable energy and sustainability. Before joining McKinsey, he earned a degree in Sustainability Management at Columbia University

Morgan is a sustainability quant with a passion for impact, podcasts, and baking. She is an Associate Vice President at Energy Impact Partners and formerly worked at KKR and ExxonMobil. She studied chemical and biomolecular engineering at the University of Maryland  and engineering for sustainable development at the University of Cambridge, and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Adrian is passionate about cities and climate solutions, and loves playing basketball, piano, and riding his e-bike all across NYC. He is a Carbon Strategist at Carbon Direct, where he helps companies measure, reduce, and remove their greenhouse gas emissions. He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University, where he teaches a course on building decarbonization. He received his BA from Columbia University.
